OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim is to provide knowledge and skills in the application of emergency care in trauma and trauma-related situations.
Contents of the Course Unit: The general approach to trauma cases involves providing emergency care for external bleeding, soft tissue injuries, facial and neck injuries, spinal and chest injuries, emergency care for limb trauma, emergency care for environmental emergencies, and emergency care for burns.

Provides emergency care for trauma cases.
External bleeding categorises soft tissue injuries.
Provides emergency care for facial and neck injuries.
Performs the steps of emergency care in cases of chest and spinal injuries.
