OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the summer internship is to enable students to consolidate their knowledge and skills in their professional fields at relevant institutions, to instil professional ethics, work discipline, environmental awareness and quality process-oriented working habits, and to develop teamwork, communication, responsibility and problem-solving skills. It is also aimed at ensuring that students comply with occupational health and safety rules and are able to evaluate their professional development.
Contents of the Course Unit: As part of the summer internship, students participate in professional activities at relevant institutions for 30 working days. They learn to apply occupational health and safety and professional ethics rules, understand institutional operations, develop teamwork and communication skills, apply their theoretical knowledge, generate solutions to professional problems, work in accordance with environmental awareness and quality processes, and report on the internship process.
