OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to improve students' strategy development skills and knowledge from a top management perspective and to make students competent in analyzing the internal and external environment of businesses during the strategic management process.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of the course consists of Strategic Management Process and Elements, External Environment and Business Analysis, Strategic Direction, Strategy Determination, Strategy Types, Implementation of Strategies and Strategic Evaluation.

Students summarize the strategic management process.
Students explain what strategic analysis tools are.
Students interpret the mission, vision, goals and objectives of businesses.
