OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim of this course is to improve students' strategy development skills and knowledge from a top management perspective and to make students competent in analyzing the internal and external environment of businesses during the strategic management process. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
The content of the course consists of Strategic Management Process and Elements, External Environment and Business Analysis, Strategic Direction, Strategy Determination, Strategy Types, Implementation of Strategies and Strategic Evaluation. |
