Objectives of the Course Unit: | The aim of this course is for students to comprehend the place of the Fecr-i Ati community in the history of Turkish literature and to learn the importance of the National Literature Movement and Yeni Lisan article and Genç Kalemler magazine for Turkish literature. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Within the content of the course, Ahmet Haşim, one of the immortal figures of Turkish literature, the Fecr-i Âti Encümen-i Edebiyesi Nizamnamesi and the representatives of Genç Kalemler magazine, the Yeni Lisan article and details about its importance in terms of our literary history are included. In addition, both other artists of the Fecr-i Âti group and examples of other genres other than poetry within the National literature movement are also included in the study. |
