OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to introduce the judicial control ways that can be applied to the actions and operations of the administration and the rules to be followed in this judicial review process and the legal consequences of judicial review. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the legal aspects of administrative jurisdiction, action of nullity and full remedy action, elements of illegality and administrative action, administrative procedure law and administrative jurisprudence, administrative jurisdiction organs and features of the administrative jurisdiction system in Turkey. |

Interpret the decisions of the Court of Appeals, the Council of State and the Administrative Court. |
