| Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to improve aptitude for analysing the thoughts of the thinkers being educated in Turkish-Islamic culture, examining the dimensions of the cultural, political and social effects of their thoughts and determining the reflections of their thoughts on the recent history and the present. |
| Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the foundations of Turkish-Islamic thought, the concept of state and individual, thinkers who influenced Turkish Islamic thought in order to give theoretical point of view about the history of Turkish-Islamic Thought and thinkers who have an important place in Turkish-Islamic thought. |
