Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to examine the development of psychology in a historical process and to provide an opportunity to comprehend how the contemporary psychology concept is formed. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include the subjects as follows: "1) Studies for history of psychology 2) Philosophical and physiological effects on psychology 3) Structuralism 4) Functionalism: Foundation and Development 5) Applied Psychology 6) Behavioural Psychology 7) Gestalt psychology 8) Psychoanalysis 9) Contemporary thoughts in psychology". |
