OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Sağlıklı beslenme, besin öğeleri, günlük alınması gereken kalori hesabı ve gıdaların kalori hesaplarının nasıl yapıldığının öğretilmesi amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit: Beslenmeye giriş, proteinler, karbonhidratlar, yağlar, suda eriyen vitaminler, yağda eriyen vitaminler, makro mineraller, mikro mineralle, gıdaların enerji değeri, günlük enerji ihtiyacının belirlenmesi konularını içerir.
