Objectives of the Course Unit: | Bu dersin amacı; Gıdaların bileşenleri ve bileşenlerde oluşan biyokimyasal değişmeleri kapsayan bilgiyi kazandırmaktır. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | BU dersin içeriği; Gıdaların bileşimi, Karbonhidratlar, Lipidler, Proteinler, Su, Mineral Maddeler, Vitaminler, Enzimler, Alkoller, Alkoloidler, Gıda katkı maddeleri Aroma maddeleri, Gıdalarda doğal olarak bulunan toksik maddelerdir. |
