Objectives of the Course Unit: | Egzersizin, tüm fizyolojik sistemler üzerine etkilerini inceleyebilecek bilgi birikimini kazandırmaktır. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Fizyoloji bilimine ilişkin temel kavramlar, hücre, doku, enerji metabolizması, aerobik ve anaerobik enerji sistemleri, anaerobik glikoliz ve atp’nin yenilenmesi, enerji tüketimi, oksijen alımı ve eksikliği, laktik asit eşiği, spor branşları ve enerji kullanımı, egzersiz sonrası toparlanma, motor ünite çeşitleri, kasın yapısı, myofibril ve fibril kas hareketleri, iskelet kası ve hareketi, kas kasılma çeşitleri ve egzersiz ilişkisi, kas hipertrofisi, proporeseptörler, antrenmana nöromuscular adaptasyonlar ve fizyolojik sistemler konularını kapsamaktadır. |
