Objectives of the Course Unit: | The aim is to provide students with basic knowledge about businesses and management within the framework of today's changing conditions, enabling them to master general business concepts and techniques. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Basic concepts related to business, the objectives, functions, and responsibilities of a business, classification of businesses, the environment of businesses, types of growth and competition in businesses, stages of establishment in businesses, international organization management function, marketing function, production function, human resources function, public relations function, research and development function, accounting -finance function. |
