OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course; is to train intermediate and senior staff for food and beverage businesses.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of this course; Definition of food and beverage businesses, classification of food and beverage businesses, management chart of food and beverage businesses, organizational management process in food and beverage businesses, food and beverage production planning, food safety, hygiene, sanitation, purchasing, pick-up, storage, menu planning, menu cards preparation, food Preparation of areas where beverages will be served, marketing of food and beverage services, service of food and beverages, cost control, after-sales analysis will be covered.
