Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to provide the students with the skills to apply different techniques specific to athletics. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include definition of terms specific to athletics, historical development process, athletics contest rules, short, medium, long distance running, throws and jumps. |
