OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to provide the students the ability to analyze the basic technical skills for Fitness and strategies for tactical applications.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; fitness training methodology, current and scientific fitness training methods, advanced knowledge of materials, advanced technical-tactical development applications for fitness, fitness exercise applications specific to team and individual sports, planning cardiovascular exercise and weight exercises in fitness training, advanced fitness competitors level motivation techniques, and technical-tactical developer training programs specific to the fitness.

Describe training methods specific for Fitness.
Explain the methods of correcting technical errors specific for Fitness.
Apply the methods of correcting technical errors specific for Fitness.
Apply advanced technical skills and strategies for tactical applications in Fitness.
Examine the training programs to develop technique and tactic and evaluate the appropriateness of its content.
