Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to prepare the training program aimed at developing the technical skills and tactical applications, applying the advanced technical skills specific to the Volleyball branch and strategies for tactical applications. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; Characteristics of youth and senior level volleyball training and athlete profiles, Training planning, Team tactics, Team system, Passing and training of Setters, Bump technique and special training for libero, Offense organization, Planning of training program for developing the basic techniques and tactics specific for Volleyball. |
