OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to make quantities in restoration works, perform exploration and progress accounts in accordance with the legislation of public institutions, calculate the difference between the types of tenders, the approximate cost, progress payment arrangements, account summary, final account preparation and analysis.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include creating restoration project exploration to the tender related public institutions, preparing quantities, attachment and progress payment for the contract projects.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Calculate unit prices of restoration for public institutions.
Prepare quantities and exploration over restoration project and manufacturing.
Distinguish tender types used in the restoration works with tender types used in construction of new buildings.
Arrange progress payments of a project at hand or in a progress payment program, using a green ledger and attachment book information.
Create solutions for deficiencies by making provisional and final acceptance procedures.
