OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to raise awareness about time concept in students and to prevent time loss in all areas of life and to use time efficiently.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of this course includes concept of time, relative time, time management, time and stress relationship, factors leading to time loss, time management in social life, time management in economic life, techniques for time management, effect of social environment on time loss and biological time management are important elements.

Define the concept of time as theoretical and practical.
Distinguish the stages of time management process.
Compare time management processes in different media tools.
