Objectives and Contents

Objectives: Objective of the course is to help students gain the skills and knowledge to perform measurement activities of the physical and physiological responses of the team or athlete individually to the fitness training, to analyze the results of the performance measurement and to prepare the training program in the most optimal way for the physical and physiological development of the athlete.
Content: Contents of the Course include; information about fitness training and its necessity,properties of fitness training, importance of motor features in fitness training and training methods, planning of fitness training throughout the season, formation of fitness training specific to the sport field.
