OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	This course aims to understand better the basic concepts of strategic management and to develop the competence of planning effective strategies for airlines in a competitive environment.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Contents of the course include the subjects such as Basic Concepts of Strategic Management, Airline Business Models, Competitiveness Through Merger and Take-Over Strategies, Airline Alliances, Airline Companies' Characteristics and Trends.
