OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to enable students to have knowledge about the fact of short film, history, types and production process and to ready them for short film production.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include focusing on the process from a scenario idea and production of short film.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Explain short film history and development chronologically.
Compare the opposite aspects of short films and long films.
Evaluate the relation between short films and long films.
Plan preliminaries required for a short film such as location design, content creation and technical crew, etc.
Create a basic level short film using studio equipment.
