Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to teach the students the ability to express themselves better in social life and in business life. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include conflicts, obstacles encountered in interpersonal communication process and skills to eliminate these based on the definition and classification of interpersonal communication. |
