OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to teach the students the ability to express themselves better in social life and in business life.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include conflicts, obstacles encountered in interpersonal communication process and skills to eliminate these based on the definition and classification of interpersonal communication.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Describe at least 5 of basic concepts on the interpersonal communication.
Indicate required elements for effective interpersonal communication.
Use the required body language for interpersonal communication in a group correctly and effectively.
Identify conflict types in interpersonal communication.
Solve conflicts caused by interpersonal communication.
Formulate the elements necessary for an effective interpersonal communication and form a strategy for matters such as self-expression.
