OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Bu dersin amacı öğrencilere gıda endüstirisinde tarladan çatala kavramında gıdanın hasattan sonra hangi işlemlere tabi tutulduğunu ve bu işlemler arasındaki farkları öğretmektir.
Contents of the Course Unit: Bu dersin içeriği; Hammaddenin hazır gıda haline gelene kadar gördüğü tüm işleme teknikleri, doğrama, pişirme, pastörizasyon, sterilizasyon, ayırma teknikleri, damıtma, santrifüjleme, çöktürme teknikleri, eleme, membran filtrasyon konularıdır.
