OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Bu dersin amacı, öğrencilere gıda biliminde kullanılan temel gıda analiz tekniklerini gerçekleştirebilme becerilerini vermektir.
Contents of the Course Unit: Bu dersin içeriğinde; gıda analizine giriş, gıda analizlerinin önemi ve yasal düzenlemeler, örnekleme ve örnek hazırlama, analitik verilerin değerlendirilmesi, ph metre, titrasyon asitliği, nem ve toplam katı madde analizi, refraktometrik yöntemler, kül tayini, yağ tayini, protein tayini, karbonhidrat analizi, renk sistemleri, genel değerlendirme, doğruluk ve hassaslık konuları işlenecektir.
