OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | The aim of the course is to equip students with the skills to conduct sports activities designed for individuals with different characteristics based on the philosophy of sport for all, and to prepare appropriate exercise plans taking these needs into account. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The course content covers the definition of sports for everyone, its benefits, its spread, the concept of sports for everyone around the world and in Turkey , sports for health, sports for recreation, sports for children, youth, women, seniors, families, and people with disabilities, the selection and planning of sports activities for different stages of human development, outdoor sports, as well as the fundamental role, operation, and organizational and regulatory functions of the sports federation for everyone in local governments. |
