OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Öğrencilere tatlı ve pasta yapımında yaratıcı ve yenilikçi bakış açıları kazandırmayı hedefler. Bu derste, geleneksel tariflerin dışında özgün tasarımlar ve modern tekniklerle tatlı ve pasta üretme yetenekleri geliştirilir. Dersin amacı, öğrencilerin tatlı ve pasta sektöründe yaratıcı fikirleri hayata geçirebilmelerini sağlamak ve sektördeki yenilikçi eğilimleri takip edebilecek yetkinlikler kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit: Derste estetik açıdan hoş görseller oluşturma, farklı malzemelerle tatlı ve pastaları süsleme, dekorasyon teknikleri ve sunum becerileri üzerinde durulur.

Öğrenciler, geleneksel tatlı ve pasta tariflerinden çıkarak özgün ve yaratıcı tasarımlar oluşturma yeteneği kazanır
Öğrenciler, farklı süsleme ve dekorasyon tekniklerini (şeker hamuru, çikolata, meyve süslemeleri vb.) etkin bir şekilde kullanabilme yeteneğine sahip olurlar.
Görsel estetik anlayışını geliştirerek, tatlı ve pastaları görsel olarak çekici hale getirme becerisi edinirler.
Özel etkinlikler için (düğün, doğum günü, kutlamalar vb.) kişiselleştirilmiş pasta ve tatlılar tasarlayarak yaratıcı çözümler sunarlar.
