| Objectives of the Course Unit: | Within the scope of this course, the aim is to address theoretical knowledge related to strategic management in aviation and to develop a strategic perspective. |
| Contents of the Course Unit: | It covers topics such as the definition of strategic management, strategic management in aviation, stages of the strategic management process, SWOT analysis in aviation, systems approach, competitive factors and strategy, strategic advantage and portfolio analysis techniques, types of strategic alternatives, strategic positioning, global strategies, competition, and differentiation. |
