OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Booking and ticket-related terms to explain, void, refund, rebooking, rerouting on the ticket to recognize transactions. Electronic ticket coupon status codes, passenger rights issues related to the ticket to be informed.
Contents of the Course Unit: Booking and ticket related terms and issues, electronic ticket coupon status codes, void, refund, rebooking, rerouting operations, baby and child fees, ticket related to the rights of passengers to teach.
