Objectives of the Course Unit:	The aim of this course is to make students aware of the cold kitchen applications which are one of the most important two groups of business kitchens.
Contents of the Course Unit:	The contents of this course are cold kitchens, cold kitchen applications, cold kitchen products, cold kitchen presentations.
