OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to provide students with a basic understanding of the definition of gastronomy and its interaction with other fields.
Contents of the Course Unit: The lecture covers the definition of gastronomy, its basic concepts, history, kitchen equipment and tools, kitchen trends, hygiene and workflow in the kitchen.
