Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to provide the students will be able to perform fitness-specific performance measurement and evaluation, prepare a personalized training program and develop tactics for specific training exercises. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; fitness training methodology, strategy and tactics for competitors, advanced knowledge of materials, current and scientific fitness training methods, fitness exercises in team and individual sports, performance measurement and evaluation, nutrition in fitness competitors, ergogenic helpers and doping, advanced motivation techniques in fitness competitors. |
