OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to provide the students the ability to develop tactics for rhythmic gymnastics.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; basic training principles, special training principles, seasonal planning, muscle system structure and functions in rhythmic gymnastics, training methods to develop techniques specific to the rhythmic gymnastics, restorative exercises and practice exercises, tests to measure sportive performance, and technical skills and tactics specific to the rhythmic gymnastics, training programs that aim to improve the practices.

Apply the specific warm-up and cool-down exercises for Rhythmic Gymnastics.
Describe and apply the training methods to improve techniques specific for Rhythmic Gymnastics.
Examine the training programs to develop specific training techniques and evaluate the appropriateness of its content.
Prepare unique choreographies related with Rhythmic Gymnastics.
Prepare a training program to improve technical skills and tactical practices.
Improve tactics to win in competitions specific for Rhythmic Gymnastics.
