AMAÇ VE İÇERİK

Amaç: The main objective of this course should be in the engineering student the ability to analyze any dynamics problem in a simple and logical manner and to apply to its solution a few, wellunderstood basic principles.
İçerik: The course consists of kinetic and kinematic parts. Kinematics: the geometry of the motion is examined in different axes, the linear, planar and general motion and relative motion relations of the particles are extracted. Kinetics: Relationships between the forces causing the motion of the Matter Point and velocity and acceleration are made, in this context, Newton's Laws, Work and Energy Principles, Impulse and Momentum Principles are explained.

Selects the appropriate axis sets used in solving particle motion and defines motion.
Apply kinetic (dynamic balance) principles for moving particles and objects.
Apply work and energy methods for moving objects.
Applies the principles of impulse and momentum for moving objects.
