Objectives of the Course Unit: | Pastaların ve tatlıların estetik açıdan görsel olarak çekici hale getirilmesi üzerine yoğunlaşan bir derstir. Bu ders, öğrencilere pastacılık sürecinde süsleme, tasarım ve görsel sunum becerileri kazandırmayı amaçlar. |
