OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: Pastaların ve tatlıların estetik açıdan görsel olarak çekici hale getirilmesi üzerine yoğunlaşan bir derstir. Bu ders, öğrencilere pastacılık sürecinde süsleme, tasarım ve görsel sunum becerileri kazandırmayı amaçlar.
Contents of the Course Unit: Öğrenciler, çeşitli dekorasyon teknikleri ve araçlarını kullanarak, sadece lezzet değil, görsel açıdan da etkileyici tatlılar yaratmayı öğrenirler.

Öğrencilere pastacılıkta kullanılan temel süsleme tekniklerini öğretmek. Bunlar arasında şeker hamuru ile süsleme, kremalarla süsleme, çikolata ve şekerlemelerle dekorasyon yapma yer alır.
Öğrencilerin yaratıcı düşünme ve tasarım yapma yeteneklerini geliştirmek, onların sanatsal yönlerini ortaya çıkarmalarına yardımcı olmak.
Profesyonel mutfaklarda kullanılan süsleme araçları ve malzemelerinin doğru kullanımını öğretmek.
Yaratıcı pastalar ve tatlılar hazırlama konusunda özgür düşünme ve yenilikçi olma becerilerini kazandırmak.
